Graphic Design Internship
The Scout Guide, LLC is looking for a part time intern to join our graphic design team this Spring!
The Scout Guide is an innovative series of guides that beautifully highlight the flavor, passion and character of the small businesses, the local artisans and the communities they serve. The Scout Guide, which began in Charlottesville has now expanded, with ten new Guides in production and published Guides in both Charlottesville and Charleston. This year will prove to be an exciting year of development and growth. We’re hoping to bring on an intern beginning in February with the possibility of extending the internship into a full time position in the Summer.
We are looking for someone experience in graphic design, who wants to be a part of an energetic and fast paced team! Tasks would include working on the design of our new website as well as spreads in our new Guides set for production in the Spring and Summer. Must be willing to work 10-20 hours a week and in the Charlottesville area. We need an intern that knows their way around Adobe CS5 and is proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
